Solid 160 is the result of Maurten’s ongoing process of athlete-led improvement. We took onboard the feedback, reevaluated, and made performance-oriented changes.

Solid 160 brings the bar in line with the other Maurten 160 fueling options, matching the 40 grams of carbohydrates that athletes can consume using Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160.
